My customer uses LMX2491 to generate 1.5G -1.5125GG continuous triangular wave FM signal. After generating R141-R0 registers by TICS software, copy the register configuration into the MCU program, and use the MCU to configure LMX2491 (from R141 descending to R0 one by one, and testing the SPI signal with oscilloscope is consistent with the expectation), but LMX2491 is not locked (external VCO frequency is not changed), and the current of LMX2491 is not changed (3mA). The following is the hardware circuit and the configuration of TICS, please help to see what may be the reason. Thank you very much.
