    Hi Louis,

    We seldom put a 1µF capacitor at CE pin.

    If the input reference clock is differential, R2 and R3 are not needed.

    if you use TCXO, R2, C4 should not populate. OSCinM pin should be AC-couple to ground.

    Others are good.
