CDC2351: Logic Level Output

I was looking at the logic level output and was noticing that typically u want 2.4V or so going into a device that wants 2V min…

This is 2V but the test condition was 3V instead of 3.3V.. So would it be higher at 3.3V?

 2V and 0.8V are right at the levels where I have 0 margin…
