BQ32002: May we have DS1338Z-33 replacement part?

BQ32002 is a P2P direct replacement. Note that there are some functional differences:

• Square wave output for BQ32002 is only available as 1Hz and 512Hz, whereas DS1338 allows 1Hz, 4.096kHz, 8.192kHz, and 32.768kHz.
• Selecting frequency for BQ32002 on IRQ pin requires several consecutive register writes, as detailed in special function registers, vs RS1/RS0 bits in 07H register for DS1338
• BQ32002 has century control bits in 02H to track century crossings, and only keeps time in 24hr format. DS1338 has AM/PM and 12/24 hr time selection bits in these positions instead.
• Positions of certain functionally equivalent control bits are shuffled between BQ32002 and DS1338:
  • OF(01H.7) and OSF(07H.5)
  • FT(07H.6) and SQWE(07H.4)
• BQ32002 has PPM offset adjustment control through I2C for the 32.768kHz crystal in 07H, DS1338 does not have PPM offset control feature
• DS1338 has 56 x 8 bits of scratchpad RAM after offset 07H, BQ32002 does not expose any scratachpad RAM
