Hi Sir,

customer buy the LMX2592 board to verify, but there a problem in the firmware update. please kindly refer the attached file.

could you let us know what kind of problem happened?

1.USB2ANY firmware update can not be successful.

2.Load Register, the error message "Error while writing into Register Rx"

    Hi Tommy,

    Could you try:

    1. uninstall TICS Pro

    2. Reinstall TICS Pro

    3. run TICS Pro without USB2ANY

    4. Connect USB2ANY to the PC

    5. If firmware update is required, follow the pop-up instruction to update it

    6. After firmware update, in TICS Pro menu bar, click USB communications --> Interface --> Identify. The LED on the USB2ANY should blink

    Let us know if you can fix the issue.
