LMK00105: LMK00105SQ/NOP power down sequence with a spike

The spike appears in the CLK OUT as we directly cutdown the power of the system，the waveform show as the figure,please help check the schematic of the designe and looking forward to your reply。

    Perhaps we can improve the supply sequence. Could you measure the power supply waveforms in the same plot? Let's see both VDD and VDDO. 

    If the device is powered down, is the whole system powered down? Want to understand why this behavior is an issue.
