LMX2491: Registers status in POWNDOWN mode

Hi Team,

If LMX2491 POWERDOWN is set to 0, will the registers settings keep unchanged or reset to default values?

For the charge pump, is it a voltage mode or current mode charge pump? Because we are considering to add an constant voltage to the VCO.
