LMK04832: Jitter vs temperature

Are you using the LMK04832 or LMK04828?

The jitter will not increase significantly for the same output frequency across temperature. If you can give us a specific use case or frequency of interest we may be able to check and see if we have any related data across temperature we can share with you.

Sorry my typo. I will use LMK04832 with  ADS42JB69.

 ADS42JB69 requires 250MHz and 156.25MHz such as  following pdf.

Do you have any data (temperature vs Jitter) for LMK04832 ?

Unfortunately we did not collect data that matched exactly the frequencies you were looking at. I can inform you that across temperature, at -40C to 85C we saw a +/- of ~15fs from room temp collected.

Does it mean RMS jitter ? For example, 67fs + 15fs = 82fs RMS .

Hello ttd,

I was able to find more clear data utilizing a frequency of 245.76MHz. This data was showing a +/- 10% jitter response. Unfortunately we can't but 100% sure your use configuration of VCXO, PLL loop bandwidth, etc is similar to what we have on our testers.

In short, the most accurate jitter of a single LMK04832 device should be +/- 10% from these values shown in the datasheet.
