LMK05028: Deterministic Jitter calculation

Hello,

My customer would like to know a calculation of Dj.

Notes(11) in p14 says that "DJSPUR (ps pk-pk) = [2 × 10(dBc/20) / (π × fOUT) × 1E6], where dBc is the PSNR or SPUR level (in dBc) and fOUT is the output frequency (in MHz)"

Could you please tell me how to chose PSNR or SPUR?
