That's a very limited Voh requirement. The range given on our datasheet is over frequency which will have roll off as frequency is increased. Is the frequency of interest specifically 50 MHz?
There are VOD plots on page 9 of the datasheet which show the performance over frequency. At 50 MHz the differential swing exceeds 1.3V for LVPECL and is below 1V for LVDS.
Perhaps some resistor loading manipulation can be done to lower the swing in the LVPECL case however the signal integrity might not be as great.
Is 50 MHz the frequency of interest? Is 1.3V the absolute maximum on the receiver end?

Required specification is 24MHz and Voh with Min 1.14V, Typ 1.23V, Max 1.3V.
If it can be realized by external circuit, please recommend it.

Oh sorry right I forgot the 24 MHz from the 1st post. Yes in that case this should work. And I agree a level translator is better to achieve optimal swings/voh, far less risk of mismatch and signal integrity.
