Do you have scope measurements of the output divider signal? We need to know the level of the square wave. 

What is the max. drive current allowed?

    Hi lzik,

    Output voltage swing can be calculated from dBm to Vpp. However, if you also want to see the waveform, this data is not immediate available. At what frequency you are interested in? At low frequency, such as 100MHz, we are able to take fairly accurate waveform measurement. Our test equipment is not able to measure square wave at high frequencies.

    We did not have max. drive current spec as AC-couple is needed.
