TCXO alternative solution

Hello experts,

Does TI have alternative solution for TCXO? (e.g. TI's IC + XTAL?)

My customer use TCXO for MCU clock input, but availability is not good, so they are looking for alternative solution.

Required clock signal is 26MHz and 36MHz, frequency temperature characteristic is +/- 2ppm.

If you have idea of TCXO alternative solution, I would appreciate you would tell me.

I understand TI don't have TXCO alternative solution.

If we use Xtal and thermistor and MCU, do you think is it possible to work as TXCO?

Customer is in deep trouble, so I would appreciate if you would give me reply.

Hi Ryo,

The requirement of +/-2 ppm is far more stringent that anything than any oscillator we have available. The resistance is internal in the packaged silicon (not external) so a thermistor will not work.
