My customer need 3pair 156.25MHz LVPECL and 1pair 25MHz LVPECL.
They choose hard pin mode and set GPIO[5:0]=59(decimal), use OUT0/1/2/5. And the questions are as follows:
In the table 15，it said we need 25MHz LVCMOS as PRIREF , and 25MHz XTAL as SECREF. Do we need both input? Can we only use SECREF for PLL1/2 and set PRIREF no input in this application?
In which circumstances, we need use both REF input?
