LMK03200:

Part Number: LMK03200

TI expert, Hello: LMK03200 l configuration is in accordance with the use of wizard configuration, my reference frequency 10MHZ, using the wizard, reference frequency 19.44MHZ, I use reference 10MHZ configuration. Now debug LMK03200 chip, Internal VCO, lmk03200 FOUT foot has output frequency, according to the chip Handbook 0 mode configuration, the output waveform constantly beating, frequency parameters have been changed? Please help me to analyze, what is the reason?

  • Could you send over your configuration file for review? In the TICS Pro GUI, click File > Save, or File > Export hex register values.

It appears the PLL is unlocked, which can occur if the PLL is configured incorrectly. That can happen if you do not set your VCO frequency to the valid range, such as setting to 1200MHz. After updating the VCO frequency, you may need to recalibrate the PLL by writing to R15 when the input is present and VCO_MUX = 0. See datasheet section 5-4, including figure 5-1.

    Kind regards,
    Lane

  • TI expert, Hello:

1:Figure below, blue mark (valid oscin signal) by checking which register which bit is valid? The other 0_ delay_mode is a bit in the r0, vco_mux a bit in the r7

2:Excuse me, there is calibration program code (c language), and driver code, sent over

3:Lmk03200 chip is controlled by st32 bit single chip microcomputer (also explained)
