Can you tell me what the CDCE62005 EEPROM data retention is please. This parameter is not on the datasheet (though it's shown on the CDCE62002).

Hi Stuart,

CDCE62002 is a spin of CDCE62005. Both devices have same process and EEPROM cell. So, CDCE62002 data is applicable to CDCE62005. We will add this information into CDCE62005 datasheet soon.
