LMK04832: Lock Time Simulation in PLLatinum SIM

The Lock Time TAB in PLLatinum Sim shows a blank screen (advanced mode selected). Is lock time simulation supported in PLLatinum Sim for teh LMK04832 or LMK04828?

    Hi Steve,

    The lock time tab shouldn't even show up for LMK04828 or LMK04832, but I think we only corrected that in the latest release (1.5.6).

    Neither LMK04828 or LMK04832 supports locktime simulation in PLLatinum Sim. Typically there is limited interest in evaluating the lock time, since the PLLs are fixed frequency and the lock time is only experienced when the PLL is initially configured. Compared with the LMX frequency synthesizer products which are often required to perform frequency hopping (e.g. the LMX2572), and where the lock time relates directly to channel switching speed or to FM bandwidth, lock time simulation for the fixed-frequency LMK04828 and LMK04832 is rarely critical.
