LMK1C1102: minimum propagation delay

There is no minimum propagation delay. It is possible to have a 0 ns propagation delay if the CLKin signal and the output signal (Yn) are synchronized. Below is the timing diagram showing a representation of how to calculate propagation delay. 

The typical value is 1.5 ns and the maximum value is 2 ns (shown below).
