Hello,
Are there an audio clock generator (MCLK, SCL, WS) chip in TEXAS catalog for sampling rates from 44,1Khz to 192Khz ? Control could be HW or I2C.
I find some parts but maximum sampling rates are 96Khz.
Regards
Loïc

Hello Loïc,
For clarification, WS is used in I2S functionality not I2C.
You are looking for an ADC not a clock generator, correct?
Hello,
I know. I speak about HW or I2C to select the sample frequency on the clock generator.
I'am looking for a clock generator to drive multiples ADC from 44,1 to 192 Khz.
Hello Loïc,
Thank you for the verification. I would double check what the clock input for the ADC is you are planning on using as the sample frequency might not be the same. Most of our clock generators deal with much faster frequencies and therefore don't divide down this far.
I would recommend looking at the Network Analyzers we offer, specifically the LMK05028 which has many outputs or the LMK05318B which has a single output capable of 1 pulse per second and is capable of meeting your frequency demands requiring a fanout buffer if multiple devices require this clock. The fanout buffer could be selected based on what input the ADC's require as LMK05318B output is also programmable.
