Have run the CDCE 9xx Performance Evaluation Module by itself, using the ProClock
software. All is well. However, I have another CDCE913 chip on separate board which seems
to communicate with software o.k. (using the I2C bus), but does not function otherwise. No
output clock. Checked connections, running at 1.8V. Still nothing.
