The clock input of this buffer can also be diff input, so this diff input also satisfies the 100M input of HCLS, right?

    Hello,

    Yes, this device can also receive differential input but VIH/VIL requirements are required to be met.

    If the incoming signal is LP-HCSL the ac-coupling and load terminations should be set properly to meet these requirements.

    It would be recommended that regular HCSL termination require an additional 50 ohm resistor to ground on driver side as typical full-swing voltage will be 1.5Vpp while this recommendation is halving 1.5Vpp to 0.75Vpp. This shouldn't be a real issue and can be tested both ways.
