Hi team,

i would like to know the input signal slew rate limitation when the input is HCSL. Can our device support 0.6-4V/ns slew rate for input?

What's the jitter and slew rate relationship when the input is HCSL? Thanks.

Hi Hollis,

Yes, LMK00304 can support 0.6-4V/ns input slew rate.

Note that the electrical characteristics are specified for an input slew rate of 3V/ns. Jitter increases as slew rate decreases due to increase in the phase noise floor. Therefore performance may vary slightly from datasheet specifications for a slower input slew rate.
