LMK04828: LMK04828 has no output

Hi，

Our customer used the LMK02828 sync function and power down the PLL, CLKIn0 and CLKIN1 are the LVDS input, and CLKIN1 is used as Fin, but it has no output, when he used the EVM board, it could output normally.

His configuration is as following, could you please help to analyze?

Hi Kailyn,

You said the customer can get the EVM work but not with their own board. Have they tried to program their board with TICS Pro?

Since PLL1 is not used, the components at CPOUT1 pin are not necessary.

Than k you very much for your reply, yes, he could get the EVM output but his own board couldn't have output, he has programmed his board with TICS Pro. Do you have any other opinions?

Hi Kailyn,

After Vcc power up, if they program R2 to power down the device, can they see the current drop?
