Does LMX2594EVM include Reference Pro?

Also, is there anything which customer need to buy for evaluating?

    Hello, 

    Yes the Reference Pro is included as part of the LMX2594 EVM. This allows for a USB interface programming with TICS PRO software and generating a reference input for quick startup and test.

    If you look into the EVM user guide here, it will provide some descriptions and image in Figure 2 of the typical setup.
