Hi team,
My customer would like to download TICS Pro from TI Web and set the frequency of CDCI6214 on a new PC.
The version of TICS Pro that the customer downloaded is as follows.
TICS Pro Install, Ver1.7.2, 05-Feb-2021.
The installation is completed, the selection of CDCI6214 is completed, the frequency is set in Wizard, and "Solution found" is displayed, but even if customer transfers it to the Block Diagram, the found setting is not reflected.
The following is displayed in the log-like window at the bottom left.

The block diagram still shows frequencies and register settings that seem to be completely irrelevant.
How should I deal with this?
