    Denny,

    Seems reasonable, but for OSCin, for optimal spurious performance, you want to treat both OSCIN_P and OSCIN_N equally.  So on OSCIN_P, we typically put a shunt 51 ohm followed AC coupled to the pin and also shunt 51 ohm  AC coupled to OSCIN_N.  Also for the supply on the top of R96 to the output buffer, we typically put a big ferrite bead.  Any noise on the power supply can easily couple through this path, so filtering could be beneficial.
