Hi, support team.

The CDCI6214 has no hardware control mode, Can the CDCI6214 work without I2C signal( the EEPROM has been configured )?

Yes there's EEPROM_SEL pin where you can select from two pre-programmed EEPROM pages.

TI doesn't have a service to support programming the EEPROM for customers. However you can program them using the procedure in section 8.5.1.

If you need hardware for loading the EEPROM, there are companies which sell products to program the CDCI6214 EEPROM.
