I requested the datasheet and EVM from those web pages in last week. However, I don't received a response not yet from TI. When can TI reply?

Hello,

I was able to download it.
There is note "TI Confidential — NDA Restrictions" on user's guide of EVM.
When I purchasing the EVM, do I need to contract an NDA with TI?
How should I apply for it?
