Can the data of AFE5818EVM be received through the FPGA development board？

Connect the FPGA development board to the LVDS output through a flying lead.

    Hi Lingyi,

    We never attempted to connect AFE5818 EVM any FPGA development board other than TSW1400EVM. Connecting LVDS through a flying lead will be a strenuous task in the first place. As you have 16 LVDS pairs and 2 CLK pairs. Even if you try to achieve this I don't think flying leads will support enough bandwidth to support LVDS line rates as high as 1Gbps. So we recommend to restrict the usage of EVM for performance evaluation only.
