    Here is what we could find on this old device:

    HIJREL.98.TLV.11002              1998 HIJI qual data,    passed 2kV HBM, (highest level tested)  

    MSPREL.98.TLV5540.12001   1998 Dal qual data,    passed 1kV CDM, failed at 1.5kV CDM
