ADS1299EEGFE-PDK: ADS1299EEGFE-PDK: software issue

I have ADS 1299EEGFE-PDK kit. I downloaded

1.ADS1229EEGFE-PDK-SW installer, 2. ADS1229EEGFESoftware 1.0.2 installer , 3.ADS1229EEGFEFIRMWARE Installer and installed.

But my GUI is not working properly. Its very slow. If i click anything on that its not responding.

I uniinstalled and again installed as administrator even then having same problem.

I checked the drivers as given in this forum even then I am having the same problem.

Hi Eswari,

Welcome to the E2E forum !!!

It looks like there is a hardware setup issue with the board if you are not having an issue with the USBStyx device driver, such as a missing clock signal. Can you check and verify your hardware jumper settings as shown in Table 1 of the user guide. Please refer to the E2E post below with a similar software issue.

Thank you so much. yeah its problem with jumper settings. Its working now. Thank you for the help
