My customer asked the curve about the IC temperature vs. operation time at normal operating, could you please share this data with us?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your post about LM98620. We have thermal resistance information same as other TI devices, however it does not tell how soon device reach to peak temp. Customer's PCB also impact its performance.

    I recommend customer to measure package top temperature on customer's PCB. LM98620 psi jt is 0.3C/W.  Acc to datasheet page 8,  expected typ power is 1020mW. Therefore die temp could be 0.3*1.04=~0.5C higher than your package top measurement temp.
