ADS4229: ADS4229

Part Number: ADS4229

Hello,

I am using an ADS4229 adc part for sensing 1 MHz input signals, and following the same Vcm and driving scheme as in the ADS4229 EVM. However, the Vcm measures 0 V, instead of 0.95 V.

I checked in the EVM, and I was surprised to find it to be 0 V in the EVM as well.

The CTRL pins are all grounded in all our boards, and also the EVM I was referencing. Hence the Global Power Down should not be set. Also, I was not using the serial registers in any of the above cases. Hence the Global PDN should not be enabled from the register bit as well.

Please let me know what could be the cause.

Thanks in advance,

Anindya
