DAC5675A-SP: Value of Rated Supply Voltage

Hi Team,

Good day! Could you help to clarify the rated supply voltage of DAC5675AHFG. As our customer noticed that both absolute maximum ratings and Recommended Operating Conditions table show the same value 3.6V for supply voltage. Kindy confirm the actual absolute maximum ratings for our customer internal derating analysis. We would be very grateful if you could clarify this.

we have removed the ESD diodes to extent the recommended operation conditions to 3.6V

Dear Miguel,

Absolute maximum rating and recommended operating conditions are both same, 3.6V. In normally absolute maximum rating value is bigger than recommended operating conditions. Could you please check again absolute maximum value? Thank you very much.

Hi Aysenur,

orginally the ROC max was 3.45V and Abs max was 3.6V, however since the ESD diodes were removed the ROC moved up to 3.6V, same as Abs max.
