TLC5540: ADC Input side issue

Hi Team,

I am facing issue in my circuit, when I am trying to interface AD847J (amplifier/op-amp) output to TLC5540 (ADC IC) analog Input pin no. 19, the signal gets nullified to a DC voltage level.

Individually when I checked the output of the op amp, it is giving the required output. Also when the ADC IC is fed with external input from a signal generator, we are getting the expected digital output from ADC.

But when the op amp output is fed / interfaced to ADC IC, the op amp output gets nullified and becomes a 500mV DC signal.

After doing many experiments, this observation was found.

Please let me know the reason for this behavior.
