Please recommend a 24 bit ΣΔ ADC With Rail-to-Rail OPAMP ADC. In addition, it requires small volume, low price and no requirement for sampling rate.

Hi HY,
What is your input measurement range, and what gains are you looking for? Most ADCs with PGAs have some sort of common-mode voltage limitation, just like any other instrumentation amplifier. But if you tell me what you are measuring we can try to find an ADC that works for your application.

Hi HY,
Thanks for this information. Do you know the actual voltages that need to be applied to the ADC and the gains that your ADC needs to support? Photodiode output voltage can vary depending on the application, so this is not enough information to provide a recommendation.
Also, do you just need 1x ADC channel? Or do you need multiple channels to read multiple sensor inputs?

The input voltage shall not be greater than 2V.
The maximum magnification of ADC operational amplifier is 16.
need 1 channel ADC .
Thanks HY,
Do you need to measure a differential signal? Or is it single-ended such that one of the photodiode outputs is always grounded?

Hi HY,
Since you have referenced ADS125H01 in your original thread, I will point out that this ADC can support the voltages you have described.
We have an Excel-based calculator tool that can help determine if your input signals can be applied to the ADC: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sbac234
Below is a screenshot from this tool showing how a 2V differential signal is certainly within range of the ADS125H01 using a gain of 1. Let me know if you have any questions about this tool, these results, or ADCs in general.
