the device has Aperture Delay Adjust for multi-chip sync or for an external T&H. Is there a similar functionality to adjust the clocks between ADC A and ADC B?

No the Aperature delay adjust work on cannot be used adjust the clocks between ADC A and ADC B. It works on both ADC simultaneously.
The following register writes which are programmed at factory can used for adjusting timing for channels.
