ADC128S102: Does the space qualified part use the same die as the commercial part?

Is it just a binning process based on temperature? Or are the dies actually different?

Hello Jack,

We do not provide die/design information on the public forum. We can confirm that the commercial ADC128S102 and automotive ADC128S052-Q1 devices will not pass the same SEL and TID ratings that the ADC128S102QML-SP due to differences between the -SP product from the other two.
