DAC81408: DAC81408RHAR

Part Number: DAC81408

Dear experts,

Our partner procure these from franchise source with DC:2105+.

Parts were in tape and reel and kept in temp controlled environment.

They observed on random pieces picked from the same reel:

a. contamination marks on the heart plate on the underside of the chip.

b. exposed copper at the edge of the contact pads

They would like to conduct a solderability test but before they do that, please advise if:

1. (a) and (b) are norms that occur in the process of your manufacturing

2. our partner can proceed with using the parts without concerns.
