ADS5401: What kind of situation will cause the VREF and VCM equal to 0V?

Part Number: ADS5401

Hi Sir,

recently, we found the VREF and VCM of ADS5401 equal to 0V when we power on it.

we'd like to know the section8.3, what will impact to voltage reference block? as my understanding, the reference voltage is a power circuit to output two voltage rails as reference.

Can we know the detail about that?

Hi Wesley,

It might be best to see your schematic first. I would look at the assembly of the board design and make sure nothing is shorted out.

actually, it only happen with few boards. we made 40pcs and 4 pcs has the issue.

Due to company policy, I can't share the whole schematic here, sorry to inconvenient.
