ADS131A04EVM: I am getting the following error when I connect the EVM to the PC "Unable to identify device = ADS131A04"

This is my first time installing the delta sigma EVM SW on the PC and these are the screenshots of what I am seeing. The Device is unidentifiable but the SW states the HW is ready. I also attached the log files I am getting:
