DAC128S085: Glitch issue

Part Number: DAC128S085

Hi team,

My customer is evaluating DAC128S085 and they met below question, could you please help give some comments?

Thank you!

The customer found the glitch occur at 90mV to the next voltage step when they power up a constant current ladder via a MOS controlled circuit.

May I ask if you know the cause of glitch? Do you have some suggestion to avoid the glitch? Tkanks!

Below is the schematic.

Output current from 0A → 100mA, DAC output from 0V → 300mV, DAC step up in 10 steps of 30mV each.
Yellow: V_ISETB1; Blue: constant current
Yellow: V_ref; Blue: constant current
The following is the output waveform of the DAC when the constant current control is removed:
Send one by one through the software breakpoint:
Output current from 0A → 100mA, DAC output from 0V → 300mV, DAC step up in 20 steps of 15mV each.
Other waveforms:
Red: SCLK; Yellow: DIN
Regards,
Ivy
