Is the eval board assembled with SN96 or SAC305 solder? If neither, please let me know what solder.

Hello Chase,

The EVM's use lead free solder with a water clean flux. I do not know the exact type used, but can check into it.

Do you need to know a specific type, or just confirmation that it is lead free and water clean flux?
