ADC12DJ3200EVMCVAL: ADC GUI Unable to Connect to Device

Good morning,

I am working to establish GUI control over the ADC12DJ3200 eval board per the user guide instructions but am unable to do so.  I am repeatedly shown the message below. I have been able to connect to it previously without a problem.

I attempted to follow the solution suggested by another post on the forum but had no such luck.  Do you have any other suggestions?  And would you be able to share a download link to the most recent ADC12DJ3200 GUI (Not ADC-Pro)?

    Hi Nolan,

    Is the EVM powered, using a bench supply with sufficient current, and have the clocks appropriately applied with a proper signal level?

    Hi Rob,

    I was just able to establish the connection, in the end I had to re-install the drivers for the USB connection.

    When first starting the GUI, I was prompted to select the the ftd2xx.dll file before it the control panel would open.  Since I was selecting the correct file I didn't consider this as an issue. 

    I download the needed drivers and setup executable off of FTDI Chip.
