TLC3541: TLC3541 random no response

Part Number: TLC3541

For  TLC3541 used on one of our designs,  we got no response at power up from it some times. When it happens, the next power up may have just normal response. 

It is kind of random at power up only, but the part itself is not bad. It is not related with particular batch or manufacture. 

Any suspect factor? Thanks,

    Hi Huichun,

    The TLC3541 needs an initialization cycle after power up (see the top of page 11).  Can you tell us if you have included that as part of your system start-up sequence?  If you have, can you share a logic analyzer or O-Scope screen capture showing the SCLK, CS, FS and SDO pins?
