AMC3336: Voltage secondary too low

Part Number: AMC3336

I have now already scheduled and used the AMC3336 in two projects.

Unfortunately I have a few problems with it.

On my current board are 5 of them installed.
But at least two of them are currently causing problems. The boards are fresh and have not been loaded yet. Except the small signals nothing was made there yet.

However I measure at 2 of the 5 AMC3336 on the secondary side only about 2.7V at the internal DCDC and not the necessary >3V. That's why no bitstream is generated here. The supply voltage is 3.3V and is the same for all 5 devices. Also the layouts are identical for all 5 circuit parts.

Here you see the 3.3V on the primary side (pink), the voltage on the secondary side (yellow) and the data bitstream (green).
This is only sent when the voltage reaches a certain value.
