Could you tell us the Baking Condition for DAC6551-Q1(MSL2).

Customer situation has been over a year since out of MBB.

Note 4: Baking not required if Floor Life exposure is limited to < 30C and < 60%RH for thin (< 1.4 mm) MSL2 devices.

Hi Hideyuki-san,

My understanding is that if the units were limited to <30°C and < 60% RH, then no re-bake is necessary. If there is risk that temperature and humidity was greater than the limits listed, then I recommend they back the units as shown in the table for MSL 2A or 3:
