ADS1292: ADS1292 Power-Down Current.

Part Number: ADS1292

Hello,

I am trying to power-down ADS1292 without success. What I am doing, using a microcontroller, I am pulling the PWDN pin of ADS1292 LOW (indefinitely) as soon as the PCB is powered. Please note that I am not configuring any registers of ADS1292. I am simply pulling the PWDN pin LOW soon after the board is powered up. I see that the power-down current (current drawn by ADS1292) drops. But the power-down current do not drop below 100uA. I am wondering why the current is around 100uA.  Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed ?.

Please find the schematic of the ADS below. I have tried soldering different ADS, but the power-down current still remains the same.

Note - Rx, Ry and Cx components in the schematic are not mounted. C31 and C32 (VCAP1 and VCAP2 capacitors) are 1uF.
