TX7332: TX7332 signal attenuation through the TR Switch

Part Number: TX7332

Hi,

I have a question about TX7332. I am testing the signal integrity for TR switch on the EVM board. I found that the signal goes from Tx_Out  to Rx_Out, which is the signal path for RX mode is severely attenuated when switch is closed. I didn't find any reference on the datasheet suggesting this behavior. For example I am inputing a 30 mV signal from function generator and just got about 10 mV at the Rx_out side. The frequency does not vary the behavior a lot ( I tried from 1 MHz to 5 MHz).

I also tried Swaroop board. Tx7332 has the same behavior.

So why is this happening? and why is that not specified in the datasheet. Thanks

Regards,

Cheng
