ADC128S102-SEP: gold thickness on leads

Hello - I have reviewed the reliability information on-line ( https://www.ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=ADC128S102PWTSE ), but I cannot find the thickness of the gold in the leads.  What is the thickness of the gold in the leads of this device?

    Hello Joey,

    Within the page you reference, you can see the below table. The leadframe for the ADC128S102-SEP is plated with NiPdAu finish.  

    The leads are part of the leadframe.  The NiPdAu finish is just a very thin plating on top of the copper leadframe, thus we do not have measurement for this
