DAC5686: Differential current output to single ended conversion with recommended circuit

Part Number: DAC5686

We use the recommended circuit given in the datasheet of DAC5686 - and EVM - for differential current output to single ended conversion with T1-6T-KK81 1:1 transformer; however, the output voltage is around 60mV p-p instead of 0.5V p-p at full scale. The input frequency is around 15 MHz, the converter is used in default settings and we have connected EXTLO pin to AGND and thus internal reference is available at EXTIO pin which is measured as 1.2V. EXTIO pin is grounded with 0.1uF capacitor and RBIAS pin is grounded with 1k ohm resistor. According to the datasheet, fullscale current is calculated as 16xV(EXTIO)/RBIAS which leads to fullscale current in this case which should result in 0.5V p-p instead of 60mV p-p. If you have any suggestions, changes or even another circuit that could work we would appreciate it.
